The pizza taste good but I can't see any chicken on the roast chicken and bacon pizza. I ordered peri peri and it taste average; not bad. The bolognese pasta? It looks good. BUT... it was the WORST pasta I have ever had in my entire existence!!! Awful smell and taste! I don't know what's wrong with the pasta. Smell and taste like spoiled pasta. It was definitely a waste of money. I am traumatised tbh! I don't think I can have pasta for the next couple of months or so.
The worst: just under two hours waiting for the order to arrive and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. What arrived was nothing like shown in the website and one dessert didn’t arrive at all. The attached photos show what we order online photos number 1, 3, 5 and 7 to what arrived photos 2, 4, 6 and didn’t arrive. The pepperoni pizza had 7 pieces of pepperoni on it! The whole meal was a total disaster - cold, overcooked and tasteless.
Maybe it has something to do with the way the mostly Indian staff slap on the ingredients on, without a care in the world, whilst they talk on the phone, which makes the pizzas taste bland and tasteless… or their inability, due to their culture, what a pizza is and how it should taste. No matter what, my experiences with this place have always been average, but today they became disgustingly bad… never going to give my money to this place again until the owner employs people who actually understand pizza making and that one is paying good money for something which deserves better from their employees Vegetarian options: Vegan not chicken peri-peri - awfulness on a piece of bread
Pizza was good got the order correct which is great but really expensive for 1 pizza with cheese and no sauce and 1 margarita pizza considering the size of a large pizza is more like a small
Pasta was so tasteless and cold. I am not sure why this pasta was added to the menu it says homemade bolognese on the menu ‍. It was hard to smell it, too. We couldn’t taste and eat it. For pizza, it was good. We just ruined our lunch
Pizza had basically little to no cheese or the extras I added to the order and the pasta no creamy sauce - both lacking in taste and arrived barely warm - more like cold. Waste of money, extremely disappointing. We almost never order food from outside nor have we ordered from Crust Pizza in over 7+ years - sorry but I won't be ordering from them again‍.
The place has a case full of ingredients in front of everyone where flies get trapped in it and the staff don’t attempt to get them out, every-time I go there there is flies in there, the pizza is mediocre but edible if you can get over the possible insects that crawled on the ingredients.
The gluten free base is pretty decent and everytime I have recently ordered the people have been friendly. I did get caught ordering standard not GF pizzas. I ordered large, thinking that would get me the bigger size. But no, in Crust-speak 'large' is small. If you want large, you need to order extra large. What were the marketers thinking?
Honestly these pizzas are always incredibly delicious, even the next day. My teenagers rave about them. Can I give them 6 stars?
What has happened to crust... We used to love it years ago. Disgusting soggy chips and pasta... Pizza bland, almost no ingredients nothing like the website photos, worse than a microwave pizza from woollies... Thanks for the memories crust, this will be our last time we waste money on this pathetic excuse for food
