This was pretty average. We got a half pepperoni with no capsicum and a half garlic prawn but one of the slices on our pizza had no pepperoni and had lots of capsicum. THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ORDERED! Not a good experience.
Normally, pizzas and service are decent - hence 2 stars and not 1. On 1/4/22, delivery was 25 mins later than their 'about' time. Premium Vietnamese Chilli Chicken pizza had a small amount of 'slaw' and no chilli on it. Spoke with a staff member on the phone, they repeatedly told me they were not responsible for making the pizzas or delivering the pizzas. I asked to speak with the manager, which they again said they were not responsible for making the pizzas or delivering them. After being on the phone for 3 minutes attempting to discuss the issue, they hung up without acknowledging their fault as a business. I returned the phone call and had the same person on the line and directly asked to speak to the manager, they hung up immediately. I tried to ring four more times, was put on hold, left on an open line and hung up on again. I submitted an online complaint to Crust, they have passed on the complaint to the franchisee. I have not heard back from them. I will no longer buy from Crust Pizza.
Delicious food and excellent service by staff, special shout out to Mr. Will for taking care of our order and I didn’t know we can customise our pizzas as well !! In short Value for money with great quality and freshness.
Please don’t go to this place if you’re looking for a decent pizza place….me and my friend were here tonight for the first time and the hygiene standard was zero. I wish I could give them a zero rating. I was there till the pizza was made and didn’t see anyone change their gloves. Specially the girl working there has zero hygiene knowledge at all It looked like she was working with grudges. Please don’t go to this place !!!! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing!! Couldn’t eat the pizza at all!
Understand now how it’s a pizza shop, ordered a carbonara and it was the worst carbonara I’ve ever had, so watery no taste at all it’s like pure water so disappointed I even have photo but their pizza is okay over hype. Better just to get domino.
