Service was friendly however the pizza wasn't anywhere near as good as it used to be. My dessert 'scrolls' was just burnt left over pizza dough that lacked filling. The cut back on toppings and a dessert made of scrap ingredients has given Crust a budget feeling which does not align with their high end pricing.
Such a disappointment. Ordered a pizza with extra topping expecting that they'd be evenly applied but no. If you order 3 extra toppings, where one is a cheap vegetable you'll get two extra toppings worth of the cheap vegetable and a piece or two of the more expensive ones. They really know how to extract money out of you
Pizza is nice, but expensive, so we rarely purchase it. We ordered from there today because we realised our Dine and Discover vouchers were about to expire. We checked online on Service NSW beforehand to see if Crust did D&D and were informed that they did. Ordered over the phone, went to pick up, but they refused to accept our voucher. No refund offered, just an awkward apology. We’re not rich, guys, we weren’t prepared to spend over $40 on two ! pizzas.
Overcharged. Please take your misleading ad down. We noticed the ad for 2 extra large pizzas + 1 free large pizza. We decided to order. When it came time to pay we were told the ad was outdated and did not apply. To avoid a feud, we conceded defeat. @FairTradingNSW
Had to chase down a delivery that was very late and arrived cold. Staff did not deal with it professionally. I used to love this place but I won't be ordering here anymore.Food: 2/5
I remember Crust pizza being more of a premium pizza from the last time I ordered many years ago. Recently got Crust for the first time in a long while and found the standard/signature pizza range to be quite underwhelming. Kind of felt more like a dominos pizza for a higher price point. On a plus note, also ordered two pizzas for people with complex food requirements and they both loved the pizzas. Both Gluten Free, one without any dairy and one without any tomato, was able to make a complete custom pizza. From that standpoint I give 4 stars, but as a general consumer without any allergies - I would give 3 stars.
Oh dear! Very undercooked and late on delivery. Why did I order from Crust when there are so many better pizza places in Annandale? Lesson learnt, never again.
Seems like there is less ingredients on the pizza than before. Also, calling 11 inch pizza large is a bit overstretched in my opinion. In general pizza was ok, but nothing like it used to be unfortunately.
Pleasant experience. Crust Pizza Annandale kept up its Good will and never compromise in its services. I like conduct of staff which exceptionally much respectful and help customers in selecting legitimate dinner. They have pleasant vibe, and best service.
Fridays are by far their busiest nights, pizzas are fresh and hot when delivered. Staff are friendly while tasked with a bombardment of orders if you’ve never picked up a pizza on a Friday night, I highly suggest you take a trip up there one Friday to see the amount of work they have to do. And if you have a problem, they are quite happy to sort it out for you if you allow them too. I love their pizza and a late delivery on their busiest night isn’t a deal breaker for me, will be back again and again. Great job guys !!
