Thanks Sunil for helping us to extend the return time as we got stuck on highway and we managed to return the van without extra charges even after the working hrs. The van was well maintained and instructions were cleared. Just to share my opinions to other campers/drivers, the van comes without reverse camera, do take extra careful.
Had a fantastic experience with Cruisin. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Hired a Campervan and travelled with my 78 year old mother for a week. It took me a bit to get used to turning the gas on and off every time we stopped so the fridge would stay cold but everything else was fairly straightforward. I recommend thoroughly acquainting yourself with how everything works before you travel. If you don’t have time there’s a manual in the van which is very helpful. The van was equipped with comfortable beds, the sheets were quality. We bought our own pillows but the ones there seemed like they’d be good and everything is wrapped in plastic and thoroughly cleaned. The whole experience was just fantastic. We hope to go again one day.

Loved the ride. Great staff at the pickup point in Sydney.nWhen we needed to extend for 4 days due to our son not being well. We had to slow down on driving and wait for the blood/saliva test results.we did tell them, they still forced us to pay for the minimum 5-days!
A wonderful experience hiring with Cruisin. From pickup to drop off, seamlessly efficient and friendly. We had an amazing drive in the 2 berth Sandpiper which was clean, well maintained, well equipped and pleasant to drive. We will be back!!
