Fresh ingredients and great selection. I would have rated much higher but I asked for no dressing please, and they mentioned they would heat my salad at the back. When it came out it was DRENCHED in oil : So disappointed, but I ate it and it was still alright. I just wasn't able to eat as much, and I felt really bloated for some time after. Please don't do that again guys.
The most delicious food, honestly the tastiest wrap I've ever had! Healthy but not boring and so full of flavour! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my coffee was soooo hot it burnt my tongue but can't wait to try when it cools down! Very reasonably price, will be a returning customer!
This is probably the future of cafe/QSR. Truly great range of healthy eating options for the #fitspo crowd. The team have done an amazing job with their merchandising standards and branding, service was friendly and attentive. Food was great quality, and the range of options wide. However as an establishment outside of the high rent areas the prices were definitely on the high side for a lunch option.

Best salad bar in Adelaide. Coffees are the best, staff are friendly and professional. Prices are good. Protein balls were amazing. Good for brunch with friends or just a quick healthy meal.
I saw an Instagram post by Adelaide Food Central that looked amazing. Unfortunately when i went to try, they ran out few of the ingredients to make my tuna bowl. Instead of informing me about it, they just left it out. The reason i order the tuna bowl was because of the brown rice and i love red onion but both not available. They should inform me or substitute it with something else. Very disappointing experience but the flavour of the tuna bowl was amazing.

When you're on a diet or needing to boost your protein intake, this place has excellent choices for health food. Freshly cooked breakfast and lunch meals, very tasty and filling.
Super friendly service, I was on the fence & ended up with the Vietnamese bowl from a recommendation tender chicken amazing flavour combinations washed down with a fresh juice. What else can you ask for 10/10
