A very good school! Used to go here through from prep year to year 6. Staff are friendly and enjoyable. Loved the BOYD Bring Your Own Devices and the equipment for use during breaks! A great school! Just wish there was more trees and greenery like there used to be. I’ll miss you CHPS!
Staff hold no accountability for their actions. Kids are regularly bullied and harmed, emotionally, mentally and physically and the teachers do not care, and parents are left in the dark. They actively watch bullies and turn a blind eye. Principal and assistant principal incompetent. My child is attending another primary school now and is thriving
This school gives absolutely no opportunities whatsoever. In the 3 years of attending, there have only been negative changes and none positive at all. If some kid has been harmed in any way, emotionally, mentally, or physically the teachers would simply not care, and that’s not only from me. Students in my classes would have to apologise to the ones that have been bullying them, just because of the teachers perspective on their behaviour. “Dobbing” on someone would be considered as a real problem for the staff; Even if the kid has been impacted by another, they end up as the bad guy. The extra-curricula was bare minimum with only sporting activities and nothing else. When someone puts their hard worked presentations on their school account, in a matter of a few short months, they would have gotten rid of the content on the account, the IT team is completely ridiculous and out of their minds, and should leave given school accounts alone. Lastly, i would like to address their two year levels in a class regime. The year above should be learning at their own level, not with year year below them. This school can’t afford more teachers or classrooms to be able to support the needs for students to learn with the victorian curriculum. This school is an absolute disgrace, DO NOT send your kid here.
i really hate this school with a burning passion. the teachers are okay but the students are really stupid sometimes and the facilities are just trash. we literally learnt nothing at this school, and the chickens died. I am glad I'm not in primary school anymore.
Best school ever I went here from 2017-2020 I sadly had to leave this school for Queensland. If you are looking for a school to send your kids to, send them here. Great staff, great music education and brilliant sporting program
