A little disappointed with our stay due to no WiFi although advertised and the faulty fire alarm in our cabin going off all hours of the night.nIt is a nice tidy park but not worth what you pay for.
I would like to respond to Dale Parker's recent review.nSevere weather warnings were issued for the area. Several did not eventuate but Christmas Day we were hit by a massive storm causing damage in the park. Thankfully the camp kitchen is huge so my husband and a friend put their cars inside. Our car is 5 weeks old and friends 10 days old. We have been coming to the park for years and have never before had to park in the camp kitchen. The cars were removed a few days later when the storms had ceased. There was plenty of room to use all the cooking facilities, tables and chairs.nThe owner is to be thanked for his caring of visitors property.
Stayed in our motorhome. Great amenities and camp kitchen. The gardens in the grounds are stunning and the pool is most welcome on a hot day. A nice walk into the town of Crowsnest and the pub and other shops. A lovely quiet spot. Very much recommend this park
The good - its clean and well keptnnWhen we arrived, didn't even know who we where, nothing left for us, it was only an unpowered site, owner or manger couldn't even be bothered to greet us - never noticed office once and we where ther for days, no one greeted us once.nnThe pictures they show for place are not current- very small playground now, which I didn't want to use as it's right next door of where they place caravans.nnThe community hall they show is just a car park for the permanents. It's a tiny small one you actually get to use.nnMy biggest thing is them ripping out whipper snippers at 7am, and by 7.30 I'm sure there is a wood working shed on site them working in there, I find that rude, it's the peak holiday season, people may want to sleep if they can.nnIt's a beautiful place, maybe for the night and do the national park
This is always a great place to stay. Have been camping here for several years now.nAbsolutely love it.
