Worst strata group. They do not listen to feedback or suggestions. They are lazy about repairs, and thier customer service skills are lacking. Heaven help you if you need urgent repairs. Avoid this strata group if you can help it. Thier 'managers' are not great.
If you're looking for a new strata company, look no further, crown strata are the utmost professional company there is. We have been dealing with Noura for quite some time now, she's quick to remedy problems, provides excellent real time advice, super friendly and a great help. Every time I call I can to speak to her and not an annoying answer machine. Her attention to detail, is what we admire most about her. Call them up today, they are 100% worth your time and your business.
Highly recommend Crown Strata. They were extremely professional in handling all my needs and Noura Bayssari a strata manager treated me with the highest level of customer service. Crown Strata has always been there for us. They are caring and respond quickly to any forms of enquiries. Matters are resolved in a timely and professional way. Most importantly, they are proactive, which means problems can be prevented from happening. Thanks for their great service, which gives me peace of mind.
Crown Strata is one of the worst strata company in Sydney. "Never Use Them" if you want to save your hard earned money. It's managed by unprofessional people who don't know how to communicate and deal with the strata matters. They will charge you twice for the same invoice and take commission for every work done if they do any. Their strata license has been rejected many times. They organize all dodgy contractors to do the work who will never finish the work so that they can keep coming and charge money to body corporate. We had to pay them hell lot of money to get rid of them as we were in the contract. It's just opened in Oct 2013...not sure how few people are saying they have been using them for years :. Wouldn't recommend Crown Strata to anyone. Please note: Most of their good feedback is given by their own staff and relatives. Please do proper check before moving your strata plan to them.
Margaret is the best strata manager that we have ever dealt with. She always goes above and beyond to help us with any issues that have arisen with regards to our apartment complex. We are truly grateful for all her hard work and dedication. She is truly a great asset to Crown Strata.
I know running a strata plan isnt always easy but ever since we have inlisted the services of crown strata it seems that every issue/problem has been resolved smoothly with out any delays. The team is very professional and they always reply to our emails in a timely manner, and when it come to the new strata reforms, crown strata is on top of their game. We have found the team at crown strata very professional, polite and a joy to deal with. Great service, keep up with the good work.
Noura is our strata manager at Crown Strata Management and I have to say she has always been so quick to respond to any calls, queries or requests that we have had, often going well beyond any service level I would have expected. Noura is always calm, clear headed and understanding no matter how stressful the situation presented. Her high level of local knowledge means she has been able to provide us with the support that we have needed. Noura listens to our concerns and issues, providing valuable advise and feedback for any querie s. Whenever I call the office at Crown Strata Management, unless it is outside of their business hours, I always get through to a person and not an answering machine. I am very happy with them as our strata managers and highly recomend them to all.

They recently sold their business to Perpetual strata, and it turns out they were teamed up with the builders to work in their favor such as exempting them from levies for the units they own, among other things. I'm surprised how strata managers can misconduct so easily and get away with it. our building was left with lots of dept/deficit and lots of unanswered emails from the residents. Right now we are working to legally chasing them even though they sold the business but people who were running this fraud like Noura, Nidal,... should stand justice for their betrayal.
