From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle and into the caravan sales area I knew I had made the right decision in my search for a second hand caravan. Soon after my arrival I was met by Rhino Rheinhardt Brits who was eager to show me thru the vans on display. A few questions and he narrowed the search down to 3 which, one by one, were found to not be suitable due to the reqirements I had made. We them met with the guru, Greg, who told me there was a van due in early the following week that he felt would meet my expectations. He was right! All my additional" extras" were agreed to and a realistic price met with a contact being signed right there and then. I could not fault the process. There is a Mr Fixit on staff who, along with his team, were able to present this slightly older van in close to pristine condition. I could even get electric brakes installed on my tow vehicle for a fraction of the going rate. I can thoroughly recommend Greg, Rhino and the team at Crown Motor Company.
Hi I wanted to write a review for this company as the customer service was amazing. Greg was so helpful providing me with all the information, photos and answers to my many phone calls. Greg offered me a quality of service that is rare these days.
Rude customer service, threatening, do not buy from here ! Would have given zero stars
