Stay away, cheap & very nasty! These people are terrible with horrible after sales service! in particular Terry We purchased a bath & toilet from the Porirua store & the toilet was delivered to us without a lid on the cistern. We complained & they accused us of loosing the lid I mean how do you loose a blinking porcelain cistern lid?! They did not want to replace but instead offered us an entire new cistern full price!!!..dodgy & extremely rude people. not worth the 1 star! ...PS all the 5 star reviews for this place are clearly spam & totally fake! Go on Crown respond with lies like all the other legitimate reviews!..just look how rude all of their responses below are to give you an idea of how they do business.
Really happy with the quality of the bathrooms and after research locally. These guys are definitely the best value. Helpful staff. Make sure you do order the right product. Whilst they don't refund, they are happy to exchange.
‼‼‼BE WARNED ;BUYERS BEWARE CROWN BATHROOMS DOES NOT TRADE FAIRLY ‼‼‼ ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL customer service from manager Terry! My story is ...I bought a slightly incorrect sized shower. This was identical to the permanently displayed model in the showroom. I asked to exchange this. There was no notice on this stating it was not exchangable & I was not told it couldn’t be returned. I have been refused an exchange on the basis my shower was custom made when it wasn’t. All communication ceased after 1 email reply refusing assistance & gIven a link to the t’s& c’s. The manager was offered a swap of just the door & tray to the larger size & I offered to buy a new liner but he’s just shut down communication. I was a regular, loyal customer of this business but this combined with Covid restrictions has costs far exceeding the replacement shower I will have to purchase. Needless to point out that the future thousands I & my partner spend will be with LENNOX BATHROOMS Blenheim Rd,
