Loved the way Paster Heather shared and explained the old Jewish wedding traditions. Made so many bible verses more meaningful. God's promise, the gift of his Son and the return of the bridegroom to us, His bride. Just awesome. It's never been explained so clearly to me before. Thank you!
Prob one of the best churches I've attended. The English sermon is fantastic. They also have other languages too, like Indonesian, Korean, mandarin and Korean. The Korean service is also very good. People are generally very nice there. It makes you feel at home.
Great worship team and atmosphere. Great pastor and preach. Excellent kids worship and services. I can call it 'home of spirit.
Visited on mother s day. Church has good amenities with cinema like seating and sound stagennBeing old school fundamentalist visiting, I found the message to be a bit light on theology and heavy on personal anecdotes with a sprinkling of bible references. Perhaps it' s Mother day and tribute is paid to mothers but again I would prefer reference to model mothers from the Scripture.nnThe music is a bit concert like and loud for an oldie like me with the drumming and e guitar.nnThe tempo is too quick, unlike old school churches where one is more participative with everyone singing hymns rather contemporary music.nnOne of the theme songs for Mother' s Day was 'Don 't worry, be happy'. I am not keen on worldly cheesy songs to be sung in churches, without reverence to God. However, as I m only a visitor, it's an eye opener. I leave it to the church do what it needs to do to bring people to church.nnOverall, it is good service and note this is not charismatic type where ppl speak /pray in undecipherablennService over in 1 hr 15 mins.nnMay I extend every blessings from God for the church, its pastors and support and its congregation and visitors.
Not too long ago, I embarked on a journey to find a biblically sound church in Melbourne after being in a Pentecostal circle for about 20 years now. And one day I happened to come across this church, and to my dismay the senior pastor was more interested in praising another “Christian” pastor named Craig Groeschel from the US than expositing the word of God. And I thought to myself, how undiscerning most of the congregation must be to put up with a preaching like that each week. The churches around the world are becoming more and more like the world than holy. It is a very sad state!!!
