Our CrossFit Affiliate is located in 17 Mile Rocks, Brisbane. We believe in delivering the best possible CrossFit experience to our community through high standards of coaching and world class facilities.
The first CrossFit Affiliate to establish in the western suburbs of Brisbane. We have been open since November 2009 and are located across from Rocks Riverside Park in Benronalds Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks. CrossFit Rocks is a 100% purpose built CrossFit training facility. We are dedicated to coaching CrossFit to our members and changing lives every day through a common comradery of group training for any level of fitness. Do not try and get "fit enough" to start CrossFit! You do not have to be fit, we will get you there! It is hard work but the results you will achieve will amaze you.
