We are a new Crossfit facility located in Mulgrave and we offer small group classes. The classes are suited to all levels of fitness and include functional movements. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, get fitter, tone up or feel more healthy, Crossfit Mulgrave can cater to your needs.

Crossfit Mulgrave was such an amazing experience! The staff are clearly experienced and know how to run a gym. The workout was fantastic, targeting all the areas I wanted to work on. And the membership prices are the cheapest I've seen for a crossfit gym! I would highly recommend their services to anyone!! Thank you so much Crossfit Mulgrave!

I love that CrossFit Mulgrave accommodates for all different fitness levels. I attend sessions every week and with the amazing coaching of Samantha and Reece, I can feel my technique, stamina and fitness improving, and I am learning to do things I thought I could never do. What I love is the variety! Each WOD is so different and I never know what I'm going to get - this keeps me interested and engaged which plays a big part in keeping me motivated to exercise as I find I get bored of routine, but I certainly don't have to worry about that here! I also love the sense of community and how supported I feel, everyone is so encouraging which creates a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you're just starting out, want to improve your athleticism or are looking for a bit of a twist on your usual workout regime, then this is the place for you. 
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Highly recommended!

Thanks to the coaches at Crossfit Mulgrave for providing a great professional service. As a mature individual I have the confidence to come in and train as all the exercises are tailored to your capabilities. If you want to get fit or lose weight this gym is perfect for every fitness level.

Thanks to Crossfit Mulgrave for my fabulous results! I enjoy the high intensity training that is offered and the facility and coaches are great. My energy levels have increased since beginning and I am getting closer to achieving my weight loss goals.
