Story

CrossFit Central Wellington is all about strength and conditioning training and the health and wellness of our members. Our goal is to maintain a holistic facility that caters for all types of people regardless of age or fitness level.

CrossFit training is for everyone and anyone. We promote more than just fitness. We educate, coach and up skill our members on a daily basis. Be it learning an Olympic lift, how to stretch and warm up properly or nutrition, we like to think people leave the box every day with a few more tools to use in life.

Good place to work out.
Welcomed, treated well. Good instructions given. Well motivated, great bunch of social ppl to work out with. 
Social instructors  and definitely hardcore and heart pumping sessions. Sure positive results.
