Best coaches on the Northern Beaches who I can also call my friends. The team go above and beyond to help you reach your goals small or big. Crossfit may look intimidating but if you find a box like mine you will never look back. Its been my home away from home for nearly 2 years and I wouldn't train anywhere else!

I have trained at many places over the years and crossfit Brookvale is my favourite. The owners Lisa and Amanda are very down to earth, full of knowledge and always working on improving their students. The the crew that all train their are also a good bunch.. it's always a happy environment with no bad ego's in the gym.
