There are quite a few options for menswear shopping in Hastings Street, but Cross Classics is the best in my opinion. Quality brands like Meyer, Gant, Brax, A Fish Named Fred, and great service and advice.
Good range, was happy with service. Purchased about 3 or 4 shirts, really liked the ones from Germany. Would visit again

After a beautiful lunch in Noosa I was having a nice casual shop with my partner until we entered this store. The girl stared at us the entire time from the computer silently, it was so unsettling. I was about to buy some clothes but felt most unwelcome - not sure what judgements were being made about us young, well-dressed, shopping bags in hand - perfect customers? but she got her point across. Scoffed when I said thank-you while leaving. Ironic that service workers are always the most rude people. Very happy to spend our money elsewhere.
The 50% off rack at the back of the Sorrento store had a blue jumper on it covered in stains. The shop assistants guaranteed me that they didn’t know about the stains and offered me a larger discount of at least another $50, but probably $75. I returned to the store in 30 minutes where the store manager was now working. She laughed at me and my family when we told her the offer we had received, then told us to take the store price or leave, despite the stains. Ultimately, the employees clearly knew of the stains, acted as if they didn’t and tried to charge us $175 for the clearly destroyed item.
A great shop to buy good quality and fitting mens clothing. I am very tall and can walk in and buy off the shelf. Contessa is a great store manager. They can store your size and brand preferences and you can order over the phone and they will post to you. Great store and great service.
Very disappointing service received here. Must be purely focused on the holiday trade, short term focus rather than long term customers.
