We stayed here for one night and it was a horrible experience. I would hate to see their water bill, as all the taps were constantly dripping. The toilet was old and wasn't even fitted straight.nnThere were also many cockroaches throughout the apartment. It appeared that cockroaches were living under the carpet, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the beds did not have mattress protectors.nThe condition of the door was also worrying. The wood around the door frame felt soft, likely due to water damage, and the door itself was very loose when shut. It did not feel secure, and it seemed like someone could easily force their way in, which raised serious safety concerns.nnI would not recommend staying here unless you like cockroaches and run-down accommodation. In my opinion, this place should be knocked down and rebuilt. Health inspections should be carried out regularly, as the condition of the property is unacceptable.
Awful, ignorant staff. The place is a health hazard. I asked to store our bags here on check out day, they told me it would cost $170!!! Ignorant front desk staff member I tried to be friendly with. We left in tears. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! Single men’s hostel next door that houses men fresh out of prison.
Terrible. Wouldn't consider staying here again. Bathroom door broken, no lock either and couldn't use TV as child lock on all stations and they didn't know how to fix it. Also was advertised as having a pool. NO POOL AT ALL! Very poor
We booked to stay two nights and on arrival we decided to leave. The room had a very unpleasant smell and the bathroom was dirty. When we spoke to management, we were offered another room. However we booked for four people and one of the beds was on the ground. They did provide us with a refund but I would not be booking this accommodation again
I accidentally left a bag there after check out, when I called the motel to enquire about my personal belongings they said it was not found. I went straight from the motel to my home it could not be anywhere else. They stole my things. Since this I have heard other stories of guests things going missing. DISHONEST THIEVES!!
