Was a basic room. Could do with a bit more of a vacuum. Apart from that clean and tidy. Location was excellent 5 min walk to the mall.
Stayed here for 2 days rooms are very clean & tidy for a good price, friendly service & close to the the train station just a short walk away as are the shops & beach 10/10
Great, easy stay. Extremely clean, older rooms with updated beds. Quiet location and easy 15 minute walk to main shops. 7/11 and BP servo 5 minute walk away.
Staff were friendly, location was great but rooms very dated, family room was tiny, no cooking facilities, no BBQ area, we have two young children couldn't cook anything was meant to be 4 night stay. For family of 4 there were only 3 plates, two breakfast bowls, the kettle was broken, tap wouldn't turn off, no dish liquid or tea towel. Enough for a one night stay.
If I could give a -5 star rating I would.nnWe cancelled our booking months before our arrival and even received a confirmation of cancellation email from the booking agent which they were also sent.nnThe hotel then took our money and told us that it was our job to sort out their mistake.nnI understand that people make mistakes; however, to be given this attitude, instead of an apology and an investigation at their own end is incredibly poor form.nnI wouldn't book here in a pink fit.
