My daughter had her baking bday party at Crocs, Knoxfield recently. The centre is neat, clean and spacious! The staff were very helpful and flexible to suit our needs. The food was fresh and yummy compared to other crocs and other playcentres that we have been to. Mr.Crocs hunt and entry was the highlight!!!! Kids absolutely loved this activity. I wish they promoted it better. Overall it’s a great place to organise a party. My daughter and her friends had a great time here!!
We had our daughter birthday there. Anish has been very helpful with the helping us with arranging food items, giving us suggestions, etc.nnOn the day the team did a wonderful job. The service was excellent and food was fresh and very good.nnThe environment was very nice we picked the garden room and it was very clean.nnHighly recommend.
I had once given this centre a 5 star review but sadly, it has gone downhill very quickly and severely since then.nIt is in DIRE need of maintenance and refurbishment.nThe trampoline, which was awesome has been removed and is now an empty spacenThere are various sections where the padding is coming off the metal bars and are held together with string and cable ties picturednThere are cable ties EVERYWHERE which defy the point of soft padding.nParents wedge the saftey gate open in the toddler area so their older kids can come and go freely… this has never been stopped my staff.nThere are dangerous areas ie: between the slide and ramp in the toddler are where babies can slip through. This has happened to by child.nThere are so many patches and holes, it’s just grubby and gross.nI’m so sad it’s gone downhill like this.
Recently my daughter celebrated her 4th birthday in the princess room. I absolutely liked the whole place, it is clean and well maintained. They are generous to both kids and adult foods. And top of that the kids were happy and the event was smooth and stress free.nI highly recommend this place.
We recently had our son’s birthday party at Crocs Playcentre Knoxfield and it was a great experience! The kids had an awesome time, and the adult food platters were surprisingly good—really tasty and generous in portion size. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend for a fun, stress-free party venue!
