Absolutely fantastic experience for me and the kids! The play centre was clean and the staff were accommodating. Best of all, the children had so much fun on the play equipment :nnLove the inclusion of a Muffin Break onsite - was a great spot for the parents to sit down and talk over a coffee.
Is a great place for Kids, and boy, do they enjoy it and make lots of noise so I have to give it 5 stars as it is for kids, but the noise would put me off returning. We had a birthday party, and the food and drinks were first class for such a facility, and the coffee was great. Parking is a HUGE issue, but as it was Sunday street parking was available, and the walk did me good!!
My son’s 7th Birthday Party was held here. As usual, the place is great for kids with lots of facilities to play with friends. There is a party room dedicated for hosting the program. There are party hosts too to facilitate the celebrant and guests. Variety of food options to choose. Has good parking area. Afterwards, they can go outside the party room to explore and enjoy the play area. It can be noisy if you’re down for an intimate gathering but it was okay for us as we expected it.
An ok place with a lot more potential.nnUnfortunately this place is ready to charge a public holiday surcharge, plus credit card surcharges on top. Something I find s bit annoying, but that seems to be the way things are, however, my real frustration with this place is that they charge these fees, but don't maintain their equipment. For at least 6 months half of the ball area air games haven't been working, 2 of the ball guns don't work, and only one of the air machines works in the ground floor area, this has had at least one or 2 items not working for over a year, but now, it's even worse where only 1 ground floor machine and 2 ball guns on the upper level are working.nnSupervision by the staff could be a bit better too as done parents don't monitor their kids well enough, and it's not the job of other parents to look after them, so if staff keep more of an eye on things, hopefully that would reduce the kids climbing the slides without socks, when other kids are trying to come down then, and needing to avoid the kids in the way.nnHaving the muffin break there is great for a coffee and muffin, it probably equates to one of the stars in this reviews rating.nnWe will likely come back, but the place really does need some love.
Better than other play centres. However, kids are not supervised especially in the 4yo and under area. Kids were on tricycles everywhere and they hit other kids inside the 4yo area. I mentioned this to one staff member. She said they will supervise and nothing happened.nPlace expensive as I had to pay $50 for 3 kids as they charged 15% being public holiday the day we visited.nBall cannons are not working.nnOverall, bad experience.nn3 stars as it was cleaner than other play centres.
