My daughter and I purchased $500 worth of crocs and jibbitz. We wouldn’t have gone there if there was any other croc shop near us. The Cleveland store had a great variety of crocs and jibbitz but Margaret the sales person was extremely rude and didn’t offer any assistance to us ladies but was practically fawning and overly attentive to a male customer who came in after us. She struggled to ring up our order and just kept sighing because we made her ring up too many items. It was all too hard for her, maybe you should bring back commission based sales to encourage her. We struggled to understand her thick accent and she made it seem like we were inconveniencing her…you just have to laugh at the whole situation. It’s too bad because the other sales ladies we had before her were absolutely lovely. Do better Margaret !!!
Hello everyone, we were on vacation in Australia in 2007. After a sports accident on my right ankle, I needed a wide, lightweight shoe. We found what we were looking for in the store. Horrible experience in Harbour Town shop, Gold Coast. I bought the men’s crocs as gift for my husband, but the quality issue, I need to return, the staff in Harbour town said nothing they can do, ask me to sell it on second market. Even the quality problem, they don’t do the return and staff is so rude, even yelling and screaming to me, so terrible after sales service and horrible staff.
Nice to see all the colours of Crocs.nGood customer service.nSells cool jibbitz as well.nSome styles not available in store but still has a good selection.
I bought a pair of shoes last week. The shoes are very good, but the service attitude is not so good.
