I have difficulty expressing how disappointed with the customer service I received from the Scottish lady. Went to this business with my 10 year old granddaughter on her birthday. She was so excited as all she wanted for her birthday was a pair of white crocs. When we entered I said to the lady it’s my granddaughters birthday and she would like some crocs. The lady couldn’t even brother to look up at us happy birthday would have been nice. The lady was unhelpful, we barely got a grunt back when we asked a question. This lady has a terrible attitude, clearly she hates her job. If she an employee she should be sacked. If she’s the owner, the business is in big trouble. As she was unhelpful and with no customer service at all. I asked if new stock was coming soon to be told I’ve got no idea. We sat out side to make some phone calls trying to find white crocs in the size we wanted. During the 15 minutes of phone calls. She closed the shop and left a time on a paper clock that she would be back in 45 minutes. While she was standing in front of the shop next door several people came to her shop to leave as it was closed. Surely she could have reopened the shop to serve them. It wasn’t lunch time. It was 245pm to 315 pm. In fact I counted 15 people trying to access the shop while she closed for a while. How on earth does this shop stay open with closing at busy times and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please do yourself a favour. Avoid this shop at all cost. Go elsewhere where your business is welcomed.

I thought the terrible service was a once off/off day but in the two/three times I have since returned it has been exactly the same. Rude, stand offish, disinterested to offer information or help. Tried them on in store to confirm size and purchased online - I suggest others do the same.
