Poor experience at this restaurant. The one star is for the lemon lime bitters. The meal I ordered included prawns and of all the pasta they served, they were only three prawns in it. The garlic bread was burnt. The best part of this eating experience was the lemon line bitters

We had a booking for 6:30pm for 8 people; it was a dinner for a birthday. We ordered shortly after arriving and 1 hour 45 minutes later we still hadn’t received all our meals - the meals that arrived first came out separately and some time later the second last meal arrived. Next we got the mushroom sauce for the last meal but no meal. We asked for this meal 3 times and still nothing. Almost 2 hours after we arrived we approached the person behind the counter to cancel that meal as we were now ready to leave. We didn’t receive any acknowledgment or apology for the missed meal or for having to wait so long for our meals. Ideally it would’ve been nice to eat at the same time in particular as it was a family dinner for a birthday. Disappointed is an understatement for what we experienced.

Crinitis in Wetherill park gave a really nice family ambiance for dinner. It took us back to our home town with the interior they had of arched cabins. We were told we have to book ahead of time to get to sit in one of the arched cabins. The food was nice as always. We ordered fungi fettucini, cesar salad, and chicken mushroom in a plate with veges on the side. And i must add their portions are veryyy generous! We had to request for takeaway containers for our leftovers. The only down was the sauce for the cesar salad. It was too strong and tasted like the one i usually get from coles.  Their babies high chair are very comfortable but just gotta look out and make sure the tray is clean. And the babies meal is free on Sundays but you will pay a 10% surcharge cause it's sunday.  Apart from that, the whole evening was amazing especially the very friendly staff.

Good value for money. Staff are friendly. The noise level was high where we were seated but Prince was very attentive and went out of his way to move  us a to a quieter area. We really enjoy our dining experience there! Thanks Prince!

I ordered for Pork Ribs with Chips and Carbonara through UBER today.  The pork ribs did not arrive, the carbonara was served with a twist, a severely and 3rd degree burnt bacon. The black spots you see are not pepper but remnants of the poor bacon. It's supposed to smell creamy garlic but all I can smell is the burnt black bacon.I  called the hotline and was informed I had to call UBER but the service has nothing to do with UBER. This is about food quality and customer service.

I love coming here for their cocktails and always feel the service is attentive & delivered with care. I was super impressed when the manager asked me how I like my cocktail & adjusted accordingly  The orders can slow down if it gets busy which stops me from giving 5 stars, but otherwise, I will consider visiting a closer branch Castle Hill if they can match the standard set by this branch!

Ordered a chicken haloumi parmi and their carne amore pizza. Both were amazing — especially the pizza!  So it was really disappointing when our euphoreo sundae came out without the lava pudding, twix, and malteasers. What was more disappointing was how the issue was handled. We weren’t informed that the pudding had been replaced with a bomboloni. And I felt like the manager did not care that the the replacement for the lava pudding tasted sour which I don’t think it’s meant to.  We had only been offered 50% off the sundae, and only after I had pressed that the sundae had been missing other ingredients. The manager explained that they didn’t really know what was happening with the kitchen. Is this meant to be a good explanation?  Disappointing considering how beautiful the restaurant looked, and welcoming the rest of the staff were!

Planned to have a nice lunch with my husband,  everything was great until we got our first drink.  Hubby ordered a half litre of Peroni, when it arrived the drink was 3/4 glass full and advised that's all they could get.  The comment was made that we will only charge you for the 300ml. Hubby took a sip and said that's not Peroni, thought about it had a sip of water and tried again, he said this doesn't taste right. When we asked we were advised that it was the last of the keg and that's all they could get. It was like they served him sediment.  My drink I ordered was the Yazuka, unfortunately for nearly a $20 cocktail that was majority ice and lemon juice it was a real let down.  Time to order food, Hubby wanted Ribs and wings and mentioned that he didn't want the chilli sauce as mentioned on the menu.  The waitress advised, the wings are basted in chilli and they can't remove the sauce, but they can put the extra chilli sauce on the side. We said thats fine about the baste but didn't want the extra chilli sauce.  When the food arrived the wings were bbq wings which was great because we didn't want the chilli, however the ribs came out with no sauce but we were provided with a large side bowl of chilli sauce. stumped wondering where did this all good wrong.  All we can say is the chips were good. Won't be going back again.

We usually order Criniti's from uber eats but decided to dine in. The waiter Zig?? was amazing... he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu and would regularly check in to ensure we didn't need another drink and that we were enjoying the food. It is seriously because of outstanding service from him that Crinitis will get repeat business. I hope their staff get recognised for outstanding service!!. We ordered the prawns with chilli and aioli as an entree and the shared seafood platter as a main. The entree as always was delicious, we order it every time and have never been disappointed. The seafood platter could feed 3 or possibly even 4  people. The barramundi, prawns, and scallops were perfecly cooked to perfection and the standouts from our meal. Amazing dining experience, highly recommend

My family dined here tonight and I have to say, the service here was absolutely impeccable!!! The waiters were under the pump due to staff shortage and they still some how amazed us with their service! Highly recommended! The management must be amazing here because the staff really enjoyed being there and you can tell they were happy! Please please don’t ever change! Will definitely be returning! And will now be making this place our regular place to dine!!!
