Stayed here for work. Had no car so only place to eat. Had to get my meal remade due to spicy chipotle mayo on the Buttermilk burger. Management were amazing and very happy to help and went above and beyond to make me feel better. Thanks
Location was excellent as we were staying in the hotel. The front house staff were very friendly and you can charge back to your room. The food lacked love. I mean was okay but that was all. Made by someone doing their “job” I guess a little dissatisfied given the price. But paying for location maybe. Hmmmm

Giving three stars only because staff were polite and friendly. Other than that, I did not expect to pay $30+ for a steak to get sauce out of a packet and fake mashed potato. Terribly disappointing.
Long waiting times, very inefficient Covid check in process. Food is pretty average too. Difficult to avoid them when staying at the Ibis, but if you can, I certainly would.
Food quality is very good. Service is above average. The ambience is pleasant and comfortable. Price is reasonable. Buffet breakfast for $16 is surprisingly low for a hotel restaurant. While choices are not huge, there are enough varieties of food to enjoy a decent breakfast.

Awesome food. 3rd time here and never disappointed. Great ambience somewhat lively. Keep it up guys. Back in a month!
