Creme Brulee Patisserie

About

A cake shop selling high quality cakes, desserts, pastries and breakfast breads catering for an exclusive clientele.

Story

Since September 1995, Crème Brulee Patisserie has served the richest suburb in Australia, Bellevue Hill.

After almost a decade of working in five star hotels, including Hilton Hotels and the ANA as an Executive Pastry Chef, pâtissier Nira Fernando decided to go it alone.

The idea was to bring a cake shop to Bellevue Hill that made high quality cakes, desserts, pastries and breakfast breads catering for an exclusive clientele. Things you can take home on a daily basis for your family, or just to sit down and have a coffee and a croissant. Everything is baked on the premises.

Soon the word spread and 16 years later from businessmen to builders, plastic surgeons to plasterers, Hollywood stars to musicians and politicians to housewife all have been to Crème Brulee! Boasting a 95% regular clientele our mission accomplished.

Over the years, Crème Brulee has extended its range to include, light lunches, hot breakfasts and take away dinners.

Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day are all catered for – see our special occasions menu

I went there for the interview, however the owner was super rude and discriminated me by saying" i can't accept a waitress with the face like that" when i was break out on my face. In nutshell, if you wanna rejext people, just simply said NO, not discrimination.
