The two stars are for the handful of amazing staff members if your child is lucky enough to have them all the time, you know they are in safe, trusted hands! Sadly, the rest are a serious concern. The place is full of inconsistency, and I question whether some staff are even properly qualified. Some educators don’t even acknowledge parents, which says a lot about their professionalism. Centre management comes across as fake, treats you like a child, and makes you feel like you’re a nuisance for raising concerns in private meetings. There are also constant breaches of confidentiality, which is completely unacceptable in a childcare environment. After multiple letters, meetings, and countless broken promises, nothing changed. The environment became one I no longer trusted for my child’s safety or development. Removing my child was the best decision I could have made.
Our little one goes to this centre and we love it. We were so nervous to leave her and started in the baby room. Jess is wonderful! Now she is in the toddler room and both Amrit and Puneet are just beautiful with our girl. So gentle, and loving and they do lots of activities to encourage development. All the staff are lovely frankly and the food is excellent. We highly recommend this centre.
My boys absolutely love attending this daycare! This is their second year with the centre - we came here from another centre and I am so glad we did, it is everything we had hoped for and more. The educators in all rooms are so lovely, attentive and communicative and there is little to no turnover of staff. The centre feels like a big family. The senior kinder program is unbelievable, I was contemplating sending my son to sessional kinder but I know I made the right choice. They go on excursions once a week and are learning so many great things, I’m so impressed and my son is thriving. I would recommend this centre in a heartbeat!
My children have been attending this daycare for several years from before the Centre relocated to Clyde and after and I have always been very happy with the service, my girls clearly felt comfortable with their educators and developed strong relationships. Communication was always great throughout the years and I am sad that I have to take them out as we moved recently and the drive became too long.nFor anyone located around Clyde I would highly recommend this daycare if you want to know your children are in good hands. Great program for schoolies during school holidays as well and my youngest daughter loved the excursions like Bush Kinder. Both of my girls thrived here and I know will miss everyone lots.
My 3 year old daughter with level 3 Autism started here in February and I was so worried as some days she can be a handful but I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this centre. They have been so accommodating to my daughter and so supportive to her needs. So grateful to Miss Aimee and the other educators for making this transition easier for not just my daughter but also me.
