30 weeks pregnant and saw D Twidale. She was incredibly rude, had not done research into my high risk pregnancy prior, and when I had asked her why she didn't have certain documents or know crucial information, somewhat maybe challenging her knowledge, she asked me to leave her office without any clear indication on why when I asked her directly nor did she offer another doctor or even check my baby's heart beat when I had a previous scan of a VSD. Incredibly traumatising experience that has now been imprinted on my first pregnancy experience and I will never forget it. Avoid this clinic.
Paid parking. Waited overtime. No idea what they are doing re the organising the bookings.
We had an appointment with midwife and she just handed over a paper to read no guidance at all. Second time we had another very rude midwife! Management - someone please teach them basic etiquette of dealing patients with kindness especially someone going through pregnancy of their first time! Extremely disappointed!
Nobody here knows what appointments are.. we were given a specific time 2 months in advance, and yet we had to wait more than an hour and a half with a newborn.. Why give a time slot if you are not going to honour it? What's the point? And why can't the reception attendees be trained to give at least minimal customer service??? Terrible experience overall.
I was at the day unit having my 1st ivig infusion,and I want to especially praise the nurses there, they did a fantastic job looking after me, they are all so nice and very attentive.
I had an appointment with midwife - Suguna Ganesan, who was very rude and unprofessional. I felt very disappointed after my appointment as she didn’t do the regular checkups such as BP and weight check. She didn’t even explained anything properly. Only good thing was the receptionist.. who was very helpful and changed my future appointments with other midwife. So, 1 star for midwife but 5 stars for receptionist.
The people demanding you wear a mask at the front door are a bit much. We all know the rules, no need to be a Robo-Cop about it!
Horrible receptionist! Been here a few times now shes always rude after appointments sometimes you are told to wait at reception to make your next appointment you never get called I just came to ask if I should get a ticket and continue to wait she wouldn't even let me speak or ask her a question and just kept saying sit down and wait if you have been waiting for more then 10 minutes come back I tried to explain to her I was waiting for a while but couldnt even get a word in... there was nobody else waiting she could have just answered my question. Disgusting and so rude for no reason at all.
We came for the appointment 10 mins earlier.. but we have waited for more than 30 mins and the reception told us like she doesn't know how long it will take again to wait.. my wife is pregnant and felt dizzy at that time.. then why they put approach the reception if you waiting for over 15 mins.. poor service.. needs improvement..
When you tell them about their system and faults, only after they ask us if we are happy, they get nervous and start telling us we are angry, when we are just telling whats the actual problem, ie Lack of communications, no proper information etc.
