I engaged with Craftsman Plumbing so they could fix a leaky drain. After their visit, I realized that the leak was fixed, but a different problem had been introduced by the fix. They came back free of charge to address the new problem. After a couple months, I realized that the new problem had not fully been resolved. Craftsman then returned for a third visit - again, free of charge - after which all issues were fully resolved. I can't give 5 stars since, ideally, there would have been no issues at all. But with that said, I now feel a strong sense of trust that Craftsman really does stand by their work. This trust is worth a lot to me, so I intend to use Craftsman again for future plumbing needs.Service: Plumbing leak repair
