Came here for dinner, was not to sure about it. But once we got there and ordered our dinner all I can say is wow the food was amazing. Will definitely go there again
We booked a table for about 20 of us for a work function, everyone enjoyed their food, most people got parmas of varying types as well as a couple of pizzas but I stuck to the standard Parma. It was very nice, almost all people got their food at the same time, service was excellent and everything reasonably priced. It was easy enough to setup a tab for the table just needed to put a credit card down. Would definitely come back again.
If you enjoy 1 hour waits for cold, flavourless and overpriced food this is for you. Booked for a 60th birthday and food arrived way too late, staff not responsive or apologetic enough, generally terrible service. Best thing to come from our booking is knowing no-one from our group will ever eat there again.
Went for a "mum's night out" and wanted somewhere without a kids playroom and that was local for us. Food was absolutely delicious, cocktails were great and all very reasonably priced, service and staff all friendly and professional. Live entertainment on a Saturday night added to our lovely 'kid free' night. Will definitely be back again and after trying an eggplant lasagne.... not sure whether I'll ever be able to order an average 'chicken parma' again. It was absolutely AMAZING!
Had to stare staff down to get seated after two staff members looked at us and just kept drinking their coffee at the bar. Chicken Parma was sloppy, tasted reheated, they used tinned crushed tomatoes for the sauce, which was terrible. The chips were yum so I COULD have gotten over the Parma if the staff weren’t so anti-customer service. Looked as though they didn’t know what a smile was.. also, never once was asked how the meal was or if we needed anything. Won’t be back here.
The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, and the service was very fast. Unfortunately my vegan burger was tasteless. It maybe that other meals are nice, but they have recently changes their menues completely and it is mainly burgers, parmas and pizzas. They used to have beautiful salads, risottos and we used to attend regularly. The range is limited now.
Have always had a great experience at Cracked pepper up until recently. Very disappointed in the poor,slow service All meals ordered together, however 2 meals had to wait 25 minutes after repeatedly asking where their meals where. No one seemed to know why they took so long. Also this was a birthday party and unbeknown to us coincided with the Trivia night which was extremely loud and the compare was very obnoxious and crude. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
The food is delicious and substantial, the staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Beautiful area to eat in aesthetically and the service is very fast. The live band was a bit poor, but not too loud so you could still talk and enjoy the meal without cringing.
Service was very slow. Apparently they had lots of walk ins and the kitchen was overwhelmed. They forgot our entrées and there was a huge hair in one of the meals. They were, however, very quick to offer a refund.
Absolutely terrible, worst pizza l have ever eaten, very oily and crappie base sposed to have large prawns on it WHAT A JOKE, Granddaughter ordered chicken parma with mixed vegetables 70 percent pumpkin. Noisy loud music, if you were close to singer you would not have heard each other talk and also we had to ask to get the plates removed after we finished the ???? meal. Four Seasons is great good food and good service.
