I felt like a family member, they knew who I was and what the job was, even though they were extremely busy, but nothing was too much trouble so friendly and efficient. They gave the car a good inspection and explained clearly the issues and the work required. Our insurance company was happy with the quote. All went well with the car going in for repair as planned. Came out looking fabulous with all work completed as advised. Reception staff helpful and friendly as well as tech staff doing a great job.
Wow!!! What a great customer service: very accommodating, helpful, competent.... Not only you get your car repaired in a good time frame, though they are very busy, you feel welcome and well looked after, the car is ready as they promised you, and you get handed out a spotless car inside and out. That hadn't happen to me in a very long time. Well done!!!
I was broken down on the side of the bass hwy when Ash and his tow truck arrived asap to assist me and my partner. He helped me troubleshoot my predicament as the taxi to pick me up was late, he offered many solutions that was very comforting as it was getting late and we were exhausted. He noticed the car had no power to wind up the windows to secure it, so organised it to be jumped so the vehicle could be locked and delivered securely to its destination. Ash waiting for 40+ minutes with us after a very long day and helped load and unload our luggage onto his truck. taxi arrived just as we loaded everything!! ‍ Thankyou you ash! For all your help! Very friendly and helpful staff. My car was ready on time. My car looked like it did before I hit that kangaroo. Actually better, as they washed it and cleaned the interior as well. I thought I was getting back into a new car. I would highly recommend this great team, from reception to panel beaters.

Highly recommend this Repair Center. Their work is exceptionally good. Just completed a big job taking the whole of the fiat cab of our motor home back to the metal and redoing completely due to a manufacturers fault. It's beautifully done in a good time frame and with their usual courtesy and professionalism. Thank you to all of them. Use local and get excellent service
