Literally the worst and most badly designed car park in history. One way traffic but also you have to try and manouever around a tight corner and try not to scratch your car when leaving in peak hour with massive cars in the spots its a hectic time Maybe dont come here when it's busy coz its every man for himself in there. Do not recommend at all.
For a foreign visitor like me on a self drive holiday, this carpark is usefully near to some of downtown Perth's attractions. Swan River, Barrack Street, Bell Tower, Elizabeth Quay, all within easy walking distance. During the day, it is popular so we waited around 30mins before we could enter. When it's full, the lanes can be quite tight to maneuver around. But that's just a small price to pay for the convenience and relatively affordable costs. And if you need to answer nature's calls, there are public lavatories near the payment machines too ;
Whilst the carpark layout is not the best, it was the cheapest parking, $15 for 3 hours
The exit is ridiculously narrow, you have to be very lucky that your car doesn't get scratched, but I wasn't.
It's expensive but for the location it is decent value, never had a problem at this car park.
