Absolute disgrace – avoid at all costsnnWe were trapped in this car park for nearly TWO HOURS due to their completely broken ticket system and boom gates that simply do not work. No exaggeration — bumper-to-bumper gridlock with zero movement, no staff assistance, no clear instructions, and no accountability.nnA car park’s one job is to let cars in and out. This place failed at the most basic level. The ticket system collapsed, the boom gates stopped functioning, and hundreds of drivers were left stuck with no way to exit. People were understandably angry, stressed, and helpless — especially late at night.nnThere was no visible staff, no manual override, no communication, and no contingency plan. Just sit there burning fuel, wasting time, and hoping someone eventually fixes it. Completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous in an emergency situation.nnIf you value your time, your sanity, or your fuel, do not park here. This isn’t a one-off inconvenience — it’s a systemic failure. Whoever manages this car park should be embarrassed.
Would give minus star if possible. Took us more than 2 hours to exit the carpark. Paid $10 for the tickets, and then had to pay another 5 because it took us 2 hours waiting in line. Worst designed carpark ever!
Theres no visible exit sign and parking space was so tight. Spent hours before i can even exit the parking lot on friday night

If you’re paying $19 a day for parking you would expect the parking tickets to work! The payment machines rarely accept the ticket you receive when you enter through the gate, and don’t work after you’ve paid for the ticket trying to leave the carpark. Extremely disappointing City of Perth.
