Amazing restaurant with the best customer service and friendly staffs! Highly recommend, and would go again. We went to Pambula for a one week trip and went fishing that day caught two fishes, but because we stayed at a hotel, we didn’t have the proper tools to cook the fishes. The owner, however, helped us out and cooked the fishes that we caught. We insisted to pay extra for cooking our fishes but she charged it for free! She also gave us extra free food spring rolls, satay chicken, more rice, which was also really lovely. We bought the tom yum soup and the honey chicken too, my daughter loved it and so did my husband. I don't think I'll ever find another restaurant this wonderful again. Definitely worth a try :
Went out for a staff dinner which they opened up just for our group. Very nice and helpful staff. Would like to take family back. Building located off the road so be sure to look out for the driveway.
This is a great little restaurant tucked into a charming old farmhouse style home and feels so welcoming, despite it being busy on the day our group of 9 visited for a late dinner. Food portions were generous and yumm. All of the staff were awesome but a special shout out goes to Shannon, our waitress on the occasion. Her service was beyond what we had expected, so pleasant to deal with, her smile hidden behind the mask but showing through her eyes. Thank you Shannon and everyone at Covington for making our dinner so memorable. All 9 of us including our kids would highly recommend the place!
Went for dinner on New Years Day, obviously short on Staff which is the norm here on the far South Coast with the current restrictions. Regardless of the drawbacks, the Staff were fantastic as usual, and the food was fabulous. Thank you for your amazing efforts. We will definitely be back.
Fantastic food and a wonderful dine in ambience in this beautiful old building. If you don't want to dine in, the takeaways are prompt and also reasonably priced. Definately recommend. My favourite local restaurant
Our food was delicious. Generous amounts of quality beef and vegetables in my Mongolian beef. The mixed entree well worth selecting. We will be back.
We came across Covington's Thai while holidaying in nearby Merimbula. The food we order certainly exceeded our expectations! Tasty and really fresh ingredients.The quality of the chicken used was of a higher standard than a typical Thai take away. Recommended!

We got takeaway and it was lovely. I have never tasted Beef Massaman like it! so tender and tasty it was melt in your mouth. Chicken Pad See Ew was also fantastic and the Pad Thai. Did not enjoy Fried Tofu but the curry puffs were amazing. Highly recommend this place:
