Quite happy to take youre money, but make a refund on an eligible policy incredibly difficult and drawn out. 12 weeks and counting with no refund in sight.
Always received high quality service when we have purchased our policies via Flight Centre. Havent had to claim but I was confident that Cover-More's policies are one of the most comprehensive.
Very poor service. No public document statement document provided even after 4 months. Trying to contact company on phone waiting up to 2 hrs yet no contact. No facility to leave recorded message for return phone call.
