BE WARNEDnI have many items delivered here.nI have set up a number of contingencies if an item is too large to fit in my locked parcel box. There is a sign above the letterbox stating” if the item is too large ringbontercom” the intercom rings my mobile phone immediately. There were no call from the intercom the day the item was delivered. Part of delivery is “leaving the item in a safe place” alternatively leaving a calling card for me to attend a depot to pick up. Simply leaving the item within reach of the footpath is not leaving it in a safe place. I don’t have the item and I’m not satisfied there was any attempt by the courier to either @leavevit in a safe place” nor a calling card left.nPlease see pics attached.nThe pic submitted from the courier of the item is in easy reach of the footpath. Not a safe place at all to leave an expensive item.nI’m needing this item replaced or refunded asap please.
The service and communication provided by Courier Please is terrible. There was no notification of the attempted delivery weather that is a calling card, text or email. When trying to book a re-delivery the system fails. The chatbot is simply that and waiting for an email reply from the customer service team is heavily reliant on they are efficient, which their not as I have not received a reply. There is no way to call and speak with someone as having an existing account number is needed. Obviously companies use this provider purely due to costs. Waiting on reply.
they tried to deliver the parcel as my mum was home and upstairs. She heard the knocking and started heading down stairs by the time she was down there they had already left and claimed that no one was home to collect. Not only that failed to leave a card or number for us to reschedule a delivery. Making me contact customer support. That is so lazy and time wasting of anyone who actually needs their packages. I don’t have time off to receive the package. No one in my household does. Today was the only day.
Avoid at all costs - they delivered my parcel to a completely random address in a different suburb and took over a week to respond with no progress or outcome. The recipient at the wrong address took it to an Auspost branch who diligently tried to call me and arranged redelivery for free to my address the very next day. I had to inform CouriersPlease that Auspost had rectified the issue despite it not being their error to begin with. Would give negative stars if I could - avoid at all costs!!!!!
If I could give fewer stars I would. One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. If I knew the place I ordered with was going to use CouriersPlease as their third party delivery company, I wouldn’t have bothered. Can’t get hold of anyone. I remember this from last time I had a delivery coming from them. Basically takes a month if you want anything. Companies shouldn’t use them.
