Nothing but problems from day dot with the 4WD I purchased a year ago, should have thought so when filling out the paperwork Andrew mentions at the last minute an engine change, after his mechanic explaining to us that there had been no problems or big changes to the car. A typical decieving car salesman.
Doesn't even deserve one star! We bought a 2wd Toyota Hilux week before last. My husband hackled the price down by $400. This was reasonable as the ute had bald tyres, a split hose going to the air filter and a few other things that questioned the so-called 'roadworthy'. Andrew rushed through the paperwork. Was even sweating nervously as I signed the forms. We kept getting told that we wouldn't find a better deal elsewhere. We drove the ute home 3 hours away. My husband thought there was something wrong with the ball joints and there was a sound in the steering. We had the ute assessed by our local mechanic and a retired mechanic. What they found wasn't pretty. We have a long list written out of problems with this ute! This ute is not road worthy at all! This ute is up for thousands needing to be spent on it. Andrew told us that we had an extra 3 months warranty on top of the 12 months. We called Andrew after having the ute assessed by our mechanics. Andrew didn't believe what we were saying. He didn't let my husband speak over the phone and was very aggressive. We were meant to have the split hose replaced by having it mailed to us but that didn't happen. After sleeping on it I called Andrew and told him that we wanted a full refund. How dare we be sold something that isn't roadworthy and that cannot be covered by the so-called warranty. Andrew said he wanted nothing to with the issues. As soon as my husband mentioned Fair Trading, he quickly changed his mind and we know why, it's because he knew that he was in the wrong! When we arrived to return the ute Andrew was very aggressive, apparently his 'integrity' was offended, he called my husband 'f##king stupid' and wouldn't stop yelling, swearing and carrying on. My husband took a video of the play in the ball joints his mechanic mate took the wheels off so we could see the extent of play and showed it to Andrew. Andrew stated that the play was within tolerance. The play was that bad that we could move it easily with our hand. We didn't leave the place until we were given a refund. Gosh we wish we read these reviews before not only wasting our time but our fuel money! What got us angry the most was the fact that Andrew didn't seem concerned in the slightest about our children being in a car that is not roadworthy! Maybe Andrew isn't a father!
Great service at a very fair price. Andrew and his staff did a complete engine change in my daughters car. The job was completed faster than had been promised and came in under budget . Thank you for your help .
Would give less stars if I could. Andrew is a dangerous person. Went to test drive a second hand Suzuki Sierra. When we questioned a potential problem with the car, Andrew got extremely aggressive and began yelling and ran to get a shovel to threaten my father with. Said we had insulted him and were calling him a liar. Avoid this place at all costs. Could’ve had his $5000 cash had he not lost his temper so extremely to an innocent query. Shocked he even has a customer facing job. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
I will give negative star if I could! Worst customer service ever! They call and curse you after you get a quote but didn't choose to go with them. I learn a lesson to go to check their review before going to shop! Disgusting behavior
