Rang Gene yesterday and they were out today. Had to have a few trees lopped and am extremely happy with their work. They have the best equipment to get the job done efficiently and safely. Clean up was also A1. Very reasonable price, was expecting much more with the equipment they have.Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again guys!
Spoke to Country Vic a week and a half ago, requesting a quote for removal of two big trees. Was told they would attend and quote in two days time.... No show, zero contact from them. Contacted again this morning, set new time for quote mid afternoon same day.... texted them when 25mins past appointment time.... assured they were 20min away. It has now been 72 mins..... rang but no answer. Very unprofessional of the company. No respect for potential clients. Complete lack of communication from their end. Recommend that if the company can't attend, grow a set of balls and tell the client...
Really excellent service. We had a number of trees which required some heavy lopping. The team was well equipped and very professional. Considering the the amount of expensive equipment they they had to use, I think their charge was also very reasonable
Rang next day after enquiry. Called back the following morning, and attended that afternoon and provided a quote. We accepted the rate. The job was booked the following afternoon. It was 1 tree and we need it to be removed, just chopped down safely with no damage to roof, fences or garden. An excellent job completed promptly and with a friendly smile. Everyone hsppy.
Phoned Country Vic Tree Removals a week ago and still waiting for them to turn up and clear a medium size branch that had fallen in the back yard. I rang and spoke with them the next day after they had not turned up as arranged as no one had contacted me to say they weren't coming. Was told they were busy and would do the job Monday or Tuesday.....still waiting and no contact from them.
Gave Gene a call in the morning, he was there after lunch, cut the tree and removed it all. Very efficient and neat
Prompt response and a good end result for us. Recommended.
