Came in to buy a handbag. Got one off the shelf and she went out the back to get brand new one. Also had great help with choosing polo shirts for my dad for Christmas as I was unsure of sizing. Great service all around :
Country Road has great pieces, albeit on the higher end for the quality but this particular store has very rude staff. The three times I’ve browsed at this store no one has said hello or offered to help or serve me. I work in retail and know that google reviews can be upsetting, however they are also helpful and eye opening. I hope this encourages the staff to work on what they get paid to do, providing customer service. I doubt i’ll rush back here again.
