Front of house counter service can be a game of Roulette, you never know what you're going to get. One particular number is rather abrupt and rude. Goodness knows why her employer didn't drop her off at the School of     Exceptional Customer Service we'll ever know. Seems out of character to the other team members as they are great.

A lady answered my call and when I asked if my script was yet ready after 24 hrs to prepare she replied after a 5 minute wait “is that the .....PAIN RELIEF” -the way she said it made me feel uncomfortable as if I wasn’t getting a script for pain, like I was getting it for something else. So I didn’t pick the script up as it made my condition feel worse and I wasn't sure if it was good or bad that my doctor had given me that type of pain relief ???

I had a great experience, I was greeted by a beautiful Samoan women who  had great customer service. She made sure I had everything I needed and answered any questions that I had. she was so polite, I would definitely go back there again.

Never again. I'll pay for my prescription in future. After 10 minutes in the queue and 5 min searching I was informed that my prescription wasn't ready. That's 1and a half day after receiving the prescription.

I  had a bad experience with one  staff today evening , doctor prescribe medicine for my new born baby , after 30- 45 minutes I wend to pharmacy , one  man attend me , I don't know his name ,  he told me to come after 1.30 hrs . I went home and come back @ around 7.40 pm . He attended me again after few minutes he gave me the medicine . I ask him why it's to long wait 1.30hrs . He just shout at Me like we are busy pharmacy in invercargill, if you want you can go other pharmacy like that's , this is the second time he behaving like this with me . I don't face any problem with others . Please some one can teach him what is  customer service .

O star is not even okay for this place the short lady on the counter so rude felt sorry for a few other people treated like that in front of me being yelled on by her what for even her collegues are like ignoring her now i know why come on countdown cannot be so blind to not see reviews of her we do understand okay it is a place thats so busy  but people are already not feeling well standing in line waiting for prescription than you have this lady abuse you with rude behavior i can read so many reviews on her wonder what countdown is doing i will make sure these gets raised to some higher authority for treatment of such quality so do i reccomend others too thats really shamefull to treat someone sick like that..The samoan woman on counter amazing job miss you apologised people on behalf of her with such beautiful manner and handled the situations really well 10/10 miss.

SO very annoying that you can't ring up to get a repeat script made up!!! You have to make 2 trips as they ask you to come back HOURS later to pick up !!!!!

Arrived right on closing but didn't know this. One staff member was serving a customer and the other one ignored us and went and started closing the doors. When I asked if they were closing, she said "We're closed" in a gruff dismissive manner and then proceeded to berate the other staff member for serving the customer saying she could not serve her because they are supposed to be closed. I think she made the customer leave. In my opinion, her attitude was downright rude. She could have allowed the other customer to finish her transaction and if it was for a prescription, arrange for them to return the next day or direct her to another pharmacy that was open. As for us, she could have been much more polite and apologetic towards us without being rude. The icing on the cake was when we passed her several times around the supermarket afterwards doing her shopping!
