Very rude indian lady did not want to serve us. We didn't even get a hello .. Rather rude how she approached us making us feel like, them being short stuff was our problem. We went in there to get medication for someone that is bed ridden. And had been refused to be served NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS
They are a bit slow when it comes to filling prescriptions and even when you select a pick up time in the app they still don't do it unless you come in person or call to confirm. Other than this they are lovely people and I guess they have high demand being a free service so need to prioritize what gets filled and when.
Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. They have lost scripts more than once before finally finding them. If you want free scripts go to the bargain chemist, at least they are professional.
Really bad service, always say they do not have my prescription when I show up. I check with the practice who say they have sent it, they Check again and all of a sudden have it. This happens every time I come here.
Have been a number of times. They are free, but are very slow and make LOTS of mistakes. We have had the wrong medicines given to us with instructions to take them but were wise enough not to, have been told our prescriptions have been dispensed when we haven't picked them up, been short counted on medication, and on occasions they haven't had enough of common medications to supply. They are very unorganised and it's concerning that they can make so many mistakes.
So busy, they had trouble finding my prescription just because I didn't pick it up straight away. Wasn't urgent so I left it a couple of weeks. Otherwise they are good.
Don’t answer the phones and are rude and Just hang up before you can say something
Omg yous are so rude have no phone manner and don't even look at details before opening your mouth I'm really disappointed in how I'm treated by this outfit absolutely disgusting.
Great place they get most of Dunedins scripts they are great,but do ring in advance makes it easier for them and you
Very poor telephone manner.... Rude,... If you have enough patience, its a good ...otherwise your blood pressure will be..be careful.
