I've always shopped with countdown and only continue to as it's my closest local! But I've recently needed to start using click and collect. I always request e locker. But a few times I've had to go in-store. 1st time it wasn't even packed at all 1 hour past time. And most recent there was 4 items missing in my small order. And when I go in-store to collect the trolley is just sitting there and they don't ask me for proof it's mine!
One excellent young staff member who opened a till just for me. Otherwise - what a dour lot, staff and customers. Love the friendliness of both supermarkets in Ksikohe...
Nice checkout staff. But prices come on, you're making record profits but will not drop prices. We are really struggling, I have to bring a calculator now to avoid embarrassment at checkout, and can never afford my whole list.
Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The service I received for my on-line order was excellent.
Lots of room inside, good selection of vegetables and meats. Woolworths offers a widen range of products. Only issues parking is norrow and tight so best to visit outside busy times. Also check out can be slow as limited service. Encourage self checkout to the point of closing the quick lane at times, which isn't nice for the elderly. Other issue, trollies are often not available so grab one from the carpark during busy times.
