There is no Countdown in Balclutha. So, if u r around and a Countdown fan, then this would only be the option. However, the most disappointing fact is that they did not have a self checkout. I shopped on 22/Apr/2022. They had an express counter too, but there was nobody there too as I was just shopping few items, if either of those was there, would have been better. There is a separate entrance and an exit. Is is located in the shopping complex where Mitre 10, Noel Leeming is located. There is a Westpac ATM.
I was disgusted to learn at the checkout that your store does not honour Countdoens policy of helping senior citizens on Tuesdays. I wont be back and ill be spreading the word. Read my facebook post on how miserable you are.

Appalling. Duplicate payments taken out online shopping. Took weeks to get the money back even tho this was a known issue at the time

Watch out for their nutbag staff members, obviously very upset about their choices in life.

I use to shop here all the time but not anymore as sick of grumpy staff and the click and collect shoppers just about running me over and not very clean. Meat and fresh vegetables leave a lot to be desired
Excellent service, have used their click and collect before and that is brilliant. Competitive prices and easy to shop layout with a great range. Also a great store manger James, top guy
