I used Cougars Cafe to cater for my daughters 21st.  The service was exceptional.  The staff were friendly and very helpful.  The food (the important bit) was enjoyed by everybody at the party all 70 guest were very impressed.  I have had parties at my house catered by other companies.  Cougars Cafe is the best. Absolutely disgusting, poor service. We had our engagement party catered for and the food was 50 minutes late, with an excuse they were down 1 driver. They called me 30 minutes before it was meant to arrive, didn't think to call me earlier when they knew they were a driver down so I could go to the shops & get some nibbles for my guests. Not only that, it arrived stone cold. I called and spoke to the manager, she tells me "what do you expect when we cook hundreds of finger food, we have no way of keeping it all hot". Apparently being "too busy" is a good enough excuse to not pick up the phone to tell me they're going to be nearly an hour late, not 15 minutes before my guests start arriving. DO NOT USE THIS CATERING COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE. Just a complete lack of professionalism.
