One of the best pools in the country.nBeautiful conditions and layout, water quality superb, service is brilliant. For anyone who loves lap swimming who either is visiting or lives on the beautful sunny coast, Cotton Tree Pool is your number one spot...plus after your swim anything you need is on the main drag just opposite.
Excellent place! The staff are helpful, attentive, and very friendly. The pool layout is perfect, and the water quality and cleanliness are 10/10. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
Came here with my son on holiday. Staff were lovely, pool was well kept & clean. Toddler/splash park area was great and my 20 month old had so much fun. Wish we were Local wed be here all the time!!
Absolutely appalling treatment and use of facilities. For starters, a 4 month old baby being charged full price is ridiculous, and then to be charged full price and not aloud to use the amenities provided EG Baby change room, because it was occupied for the 3 hours we were there by a lady with her support worker sitting out the front- her response, sorry nothing I can do…. As it’s raining, windy, and I’m trying to dry and change my 4mth old with no where to do so???? I was Told use the ladies bathroom, where there was a hard metal troff that looked like it should be used in the men’s bathroom to do your business in, I’d rather my child not catch pneumonia. Disgusting customer service, we live so close to the area and yet we will make the drive to buderim. Disgusting. No one cared.
AWFULnSoooo much chlorine in the pools i left with red blotchy skin and the worst itch ever . kids pool was ice cold and the whole facility just smelt like POO!! the stuff where friendly enough acknowledged you . food was quite pricey and the toilets where pretty dirty! even the outside of the facility just stunk so bad
