Good range of clothing and accessories, plus the sale is pretty good. However, the fitting rooms are terrible, there aren't enough hooks to hang the clothes and the existing hooks are too small to hang more than 2 pieces of clothing. The doors are also too short, anyone t(aller can look over to the other fitting cubicle, or even average height people tiptoeing). Furthermore the air conditioning was wayyyy too strong by the fitting rooms, it was noticeably colder in the fitting room than the rest of the store. The fitting room lighting can also be improved as it was rather dim compared to other cotton on stores. The store in general is fine but the fitting room really takes away from the shopping experience.

Casual summer wear - lots of tee, singlets and shorts. Large space with sizable men's section. Not much in small or fitted sizes.

I recently shopped at the Launceston store. I was overtired and managed to leave my wallet there. I didn't realise it was missing until I received a call from Westpac who advised that it had been handed in by a staff member from Cotton On. As this was my first visit to Launceston I had no idea where the bank was so went back to the store. The young man who served me advised he had gone in search of me, checked the bus stop as he knew I was catching the bus, had a look around the mall etc. he handed into the bank when he couldn't locate me. He then offered to walk me to the bank to ensure I received it, This kind of customer service does NOT exist, to my knowledge on the mainland. I will be relocating to Tassie in a few months and am looking forward to living in a state where chivalry is NOT dead and good manners and going that extra mile still exist.
