Nice selection of pies, sausage rolls, cakes and coffee. Great friendly service. Open on a Sunday.
Stopped for drinks and lunch. Was nit much on offer for lunch as we came in at an awkward time, so we had cake instead. Three of us had different sweets and they were all very nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Would like to try their pies one day.
Do yourself a favour and buy your bread and cakes from Cottage Kitchen Bakehouse at Smithton. Personally the sourdough and jellycakes were divine but am sure whatever your personal preference is will be amazing ...
We had the best steak and mushroom, steak and bacon pies and vanilla slice. The service was fantastic too!
Amazing Coffee was terrific I had a salted caramel pastry with fresh cream! Divine Hubby is still talking about the pie Best in Tassie. Baker was friendly and funny
Nice country bakehouse, so ordered a sponge cake for my mum's birthday, oh my goodness it was superb, so soft & fresh. Definitely will be back. The ladies are lovely & very helpful.
Alarm bells start to ring when you ask for a double shot and the young lady behind the machine asks the other assistant how to do a double shot, but the experienced one took over and made the coffee. Very dark chocolatey coffee, but the milk was way to hot, almost scalded. The sausage rolls were tasty but they were only warm. A shame some of the heat from the milk couldn't have been transferred to the roll. We went on a Woolnorth Tour and sampled some of the bakery biscuits which were delicious.
