Got a set of Michelin tires and with the executive membership saved over $150 and over $300 with rebates also. Tyres are excellent and so was the service here. It was our first time buying tyres at Costco and we weren’t disappointed. Christopher was the gentleman that assisted us with our purchase and he was very friendly and helpful.
I made order online for two normal and correctly sized tyres. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, the staff informed me that my tyres hadn't arrived and, due to my international membership, they couldn't reach me. The next day, when the tyres finally arrived, I returned for the second time to have them installed. However, the staff, after inspecting the tyres on my car, claimed they were run-flat tyres and couldn't install the normal tyres I had ordered. So I have to reorder and wait for about one week. Subsequently, I confirmed with Bridgestone that my car had normal tyres and could indeed accommodate the ordered tyres. Consequently, on the third attempt the next day, I finally got the ordered tyres installed.nnWhile the quality of the installation is satisfactory, there is significant room for improvement in both the system and the professionalism of the staff. It took three trips to finally get the originally intended tyres installed.
Good price, quick service, but brand new tyres come with scratches and dirt/marks all over. Should've visited an appropriate auto workshop to get it done. Not worth saving the few bucks.
Loved the entire tyre service process. Emily has been very helpful and mentioned that not all of my tires needed the change, and charged me accordingly.
Did not buy tyres there but they recommended Ozzy tyres bundamba which was fantastic love my new tyres.
