Tia is the BEST! I don’t have many prints that need to be printed but she consistently gives me and my small business the best and most professional service I have had in a long time. I would not go anywhere else. Plus the pricing is the most affordable I have come across in a long time. 110% recommend
Maybe I got a wrong staff there when I visited there a month ago. I’ve just wanted one paper of a document to print out and she charged me $2.50. It was very quiet that place when I visited there, though.
Poor customer service, very unfriendly/rude staff. May be she was going through a difficult time but, its not a good look on the business. Otherwise pricing was reasonable and quick printing etc. But, staff behaviour ruined everything for me I am not sure if I would go back there.

Friendly and generous staff who went above and beyond what I expected service wise and on top of that my print job was excellent quality. I have to say I was not expecting such a great result, since I was asking for a rush job too.
Tia is a champion. I don't really need to say much more than that, but I will for balance. We call, we need stuff printed in a hurry without warning and the answer is always "No problem". If we cannot get there to collect it, Tia makes an alternate plan so we can hit our goals. In a previous life I owned a Digital print business so I know what it is like, but Tia gets it done, the price is always fair and the fuss is always, well none at all. We are not a big customer and we get treated with great service anyway. I also must say, for the people on here having a cry because they are not happy that their tiny little job did not get preference over a massive job, think it through - any business owner worth their salt is going to give priority to a loyal customer who spends more money than a walk-in wanting to spend $5.00. Its not rocket science!
I got personal instructions on how to use paper trimmer. No wait time. Support your local business. My first visit was to create invitations for my son's 5th Birthday and have been back many times in the intervening 21 years ; Edit: More recently Tia made a banner for his engagement. Great quality. The colours were perfect.
