Highly recommend Leila at Helensvale. I took my daughter to get her belly pierced and Leila was professional, friendly and patient which made all the difference in my daughter's experience. Will definitely be returning to her for next piercing.

Recently had to go back in to the Helensvale store as my ears were getting irritated by the earrings I had in and I didn’t want to make it worse by changing them myself. Not only did the lovely lady who served me change them over for me free of charge, but she also offered me very helpful advice about what earrings are better to sleep in. It’s been a couple days since then and my ear swelling went down straight away. Very happy with my visit

Only giving it 3 stars because I was pretty much kicked out for trying to put on my piercing and was done in a quite rude manner by an older employee. Would be more understanding if she just wasn’t rude about it and had done it quietly. was also told she was continuously staring at me. Just very rude overall.

A special shout out to Briony for looking after me and providing great advice for my 3 additional ear piercings. She was very experienced and I felt more comfortable with her guidance :

Thank you Elissa and Jaz! I called up last minute to see if I could make appointment for the same day and Elissa was so accommodating and fit us in an hour later! I took my 2 girls in, one being 5 years old and the other 6 months old to have both their ears pierced for the first time and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Elissa was so lovely and the communication was great. So helpful and beautiful calming nature for the kids! Would highly recommend! Thank you!

made me pay BEFORE i even got a piercing which is a huge red flag. the piercings were unsymetrical and the bar put in was way too short. my lip is swollen and so sore. pretty unqualified and unprofessional.

I must compliment the staff of Cosmetics Plus Helensvale. I just visited this store to have my ears pierced for the first time after saying no for 40 odd years. I was nervous but my whole experience was exceptional from the Assistant behind the counter who helped me choose the earrings, to Cat the lovely lady who carried out the procedure. She was very understanding, very patient and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this store. Thank you.

Don’t go here staff are extremely rude they pieced my nose and a couple days later it got infected and sunk into my nose
