Fantastic Massages, and excellent holistic Care, easy to get an appointment and they are all brilliant therapists. Everything I needed in one place. Highly recommend Ben and his specialist massages. Lymphatic Drainage, boosted my Lymph system and stopped water collecting, and the abdominal massage, was fantastic for getting my digestion working well. The holistic care from the staff at the clinic help keep me training at the gym and functioning well at work and in all parts of my life.

Unfortunately left feeling disappointed and dismissed. I booked in for an hour and a half remedial massage, indicated the two areas needing the most attention (lumbar & neck), that I didn't want my body twisted or manipulated in any way, just firm pressure applied with the oil onto my body, paying particular attention to these areas. 

Instead; hardly any attention was paid to my lower back or neck, if anything 5 minutes on each area, the therapist used hardly any oil and instead pulled/stretched and performed shiatsu on my body when I had clearly requested remedial (on the form and verbally in my consult), I was asked to sit up fully exposed on the table not covered and try cross my legs whilst she attempted to firmly press into my hip flexors - at which point I reminded her again I did not want to do this and wanted to lie back down where I was comfortable. I asked for more oil again and firm massage pressure applied to my back upon which she did but only for 10minutes before going back to shiatsu/trigger point work down my legs and feet. 

Overall I did not feel heard or my body respected with what I had expressed and asked for in the consult. I did not feel safe or comfortable and left feeling quite upset, particularly after paying $110 which for what I received was over priced. 

When I told the receptionist honestly of my experience, attempting to offer constructive criticism for her therapist and express my discomfort and disappointment it felt dismissed whereby she offered a sorry, disagreed with some of the points I was raising and then proceeded to ignore the conversation and hand me the eftpos machine to pay. 

I understand I was only passing through the area for a few days and booked last minute, however I am a massage therapist myself in WA, giving and receiving regular treatments, and I value the importance of listening and helping each individual client as best I can and honouring their requests. 

This unfortunately was not the nature of CBM and was not a nice experience for me. I would warn others to be discerning when booking an appointment.

Horrible would never go here again.. booked in for 1hours having problems with my neck and shoulder.. neither area was even touched and when i was asked by the lady behind the desk how it went and i told her that i was actually a little upset to have paid $75 and have no difference. She got instantly very angry telling me i cant expect it to be all better after one time. I asked why she was getting so upset and told her she asked how it went and i honestly did not like it at all and thought that my neck and shoulder would of been touched at least and had some release. The lady went on to tell me she had been a doctor for 25years and she knows how all this works. The whole experience was terrible i certainly wont be back and would never recommend anybody else to go here for any pain relief
