Nice clean car with very professional driver and well humble behaviour. Was easy to book and was punctual.
Terrible! Was booked for weeks for a cab from the railway station to the airport. I called 4 minutes after they did not show up. The dispatcher said he had asked the driver to call I was not called and it would be another 30 minutes. I caught a different cab and missed my flight! Appalling.
Terrible service, filthy cabs i have come across, over charging me. Don't think i will ever use this service again. Cab drivers illigeal operating without eftpos always asking for cash only and refusing to take cards. Terrible smelly, filthy cab drivers as ive come across many, cabs stink..
First person to answer phone refused to send cab to Ballantyne the, back of MPI without a street no. Second person to answer managed to arrange it, only reason I rang back was other companies wldnt pick up my call.
No issues. Price slightly higher but wanted to pay slightly more for reliability due to airport trip at 4am
Called for a taxi and was told it would take 7 hours!!! It's a 10 minute drive one way to get here from the city.
The website glitchy on my android phone and after entering all the Information twice, it told me that there was an error in booking. There's no contact page to leave a message that you can communicate with the business via email.
Just the best. Came early on a phone call from Wellington Hospital to go out to the airport. Adaptable and very safe feeling. Wait at airport with sign if pre arranged. Used once before after a Wellington earth quake and felt very safe . They are in our experience, excellent!!.
These guys were great! I gave them relatively short notice for two wedding cars. With the first email it was all on. Easy process, cars and just lovely drivers arrived; calmness prevailed with them avoiding traffic pinch points for us to arrive at venue in perfect time. Brilliant all round service.
