*Terrible Experience at This Convenience*nnI recently had the worst experience at this convenience store, and I strongly advise against visiting this place. My encounter with the store's staff and their policies left me utterly frustrated and disappointed.nnI initially purchased an item from this store, and to my dismay, the sales representative gave me a big rubber that was completely incompatible with what I needed. It was obvious that they hadn't paid attention to my request or bothered to provide me with the correct product. This lack of attention to detail was extremely frustrating, and it wasted my time and money.nnSeeking a resolution, I returned to the store today, hoping to exchange the rubber for the correct size. To my disbelief, the store asked me to pay an additional $12 for the replacement. I couldn't understand their reasoning behind this, as it was their mistake in the first place. It seemed like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers and squeeze more money out of them.nnThe level of customer service at this convenience store is abysmal. Instead of rectifying their own error, they expected me to pay extra for their mistake. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I felt utterly disrespected as a customer. It is clear that this establishment values profit over customer satisfaction.nnI highly discourage anyone from visiting this convenience store. Their lack of attention to detail, coupled with their unreasonable and exploitative approach to customer service, makes them unworthy of your time and money. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reputable store that values its customers and provides genuine service.
Was definitely a great spot with pretty good prices and lovely staff. Hopefully everyone is ok and they can get back on their feet after the firebomb
Save your money. They admit they are selling fakes for $37 a pop. Mine lasted 5 days before the battery gave up and they told me “That’s Standard”nI only smoke a little in the evening and don’t take my vape to work, there is no way I could use up 3500 puffs in 5 days, plenty of flavour left just a dead battery. Every other vape I’ve used lasted me 3-5 weeks easy!nnI’ve had 3 dodgy Waka vapes from them since January - at least the Waka they replaced for me when it died, this time round they didn’t even consider it. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over a year and loved their friendly service in the past. But something has changed obviously and they won’t stand behind their dodgy product - and I certainly won’t be back.nnClearly their product is not worth the money.nnBeware.
Great prices and customer service, came here once a year ago havent been anywhere since!
