Great display of finished doors. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lots of good advice and suggestions. Highly recommend a visit if you are trying to decide what will look best from the website. Nothing beats seeing the real thing. Really glad I made the trip.

Just visited and walked out as no one bothered trying to help us the whole time we were there even though we were the only customers in there and 2 on reception. Maybe some customer service training would help? Overheard the lady training laughing say if you don't know the answer to a customers question and they request head office give them the Sydney number and they'll will give them the same response, poor impression.

Buyer Beware - Had the front door hung and painted only to warp a few days later. A rep called after we waited weeks for them to come out only to find that they were completely dismissive and suggested it was our fault cause of the light grey colour paint. They would not offer a replacement for the defect nor the $1000 or so to re-paint and hang. Instead, only offering a 20% discount on another door. Will be taking further action

Horrible service from sales, to reception to the guys picking the orders. Doors look average as with scratches and scuffs, skirting well had to get them replaced. Poor form all round.

Picked up a pack 1 and pack 2 door at Bunnings Wow great fit I think you got it right Perhaps one little item to add, please use a Irwin drill bit as it works best Great solid door worth every cent, not to mention that it comes with all hardware to complete the job, Well done and very good quality
